Raptor is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the transition to the new ISO9001:2015 certification standard.
When establishing Raptor towards the end of 2014, the Directors had recognised that quality must be placed at the heart of the business and being able to demonstrate that we had a repeatable standards-based Quality Management System was vital to our customers.
Raptor developed its comprehensive Business Management and Quality System in 2015, achieving ISO9001:2008 certification in December 2015.
This re-certification to the revised 2015 standard was completed by SOCOTEC Certification International and demonstrates our continued commitment to maintaining a quality-first approach.
