Raptor is delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Brooks as our Systems Engineering and Architecture Practice Lead. Simon brings a wealth of engineering experience across the Defence, Security and Government sectors and will oversee all aspects of our systems engineering practice from technical strategy and delivery management to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Simon is a highly respected lead systems engineer and enterprise architect with extensive experience across the engineering lifecycle in both Agile and traditional delivery environments. He specialises in Defence networks and communications and has a keen interest in mentoring and developing the next generation of systems engineers.
Simon’s passion for nurturing emerging talents in the field of systems engineering reflects Raptor’s commitment to developing a skilled and dynamic workforce. His appointment underpins Raptor’s dedication to maintaining excellence in engineering practices.
