We’re delighted to announce that James Sands has recently joined Raptor as a Senior Consultant in our Systems Engineering & Architecture Practice.
James is a Chartered Systems Engineer with over a decade of experience delivering complex, mission-critical defence and security programmes. His expertise spans Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), technical governance, and risk management across the full systems lifecycle.
He has a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, shaping strategic decisions, and driving capability development for the UK MOD and allied initiatives. Most recently, James played a key role in the SSN-AUKUS Whole-Boat System Requirements Development, facilitating and capturing the MOD’s whole-boat system requirements.
